Are you a
religion based club?
Most definitely not! The word “trinity” only means “a group of three closely
related persons or things”. In our case trinity means, “Man, Woman and Machine”,
the heart and soul of what we are about, men, women and their machines.
Are you “1%ers”?
Again, no. While we have nothing whatsoever against the “1%” Clubs and respect
them for their dedication to their MC and the brotherhood they have created, and
we have attended their events and supported their various causes, we have chosen
to go in a different direction.
What is the criteria
for membership in the Iron Trinity?
That part is pretty simple, all you need is to own your own motorcycle, 650 cc’s
or larger, V-twin style engine (no “sport” type bikes, eg: Ninja, Katana,
Hayabusa, etc.) and a valid motorcycle license. While American made bikes hold a
special place in our hearts, all makes are welcome.
Do you allow women in
your Club?
Absolutely! Women are an integral, equal component of what makes our Club
special. As long as she has the criteria listed above she can be considered for
membership, on her own merits. Women have every right enjoyed by the male
membership up to and including holding an elected office.
Can my
“husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend” join with me, riding only as a passenger?
A “significant other” is more than welcome to join as an “associate” member of
the Club. This type of membership enjoys all the rights and privileges of full
membership with the exception of voting or holding an officers position. The
Club patch for an associate differs from that of full members in that the center
patch says “Associate” through the middle and the name patch on the front of
their colors has “Associate” right under it.
How do I become a
member of the Iron Trinity MC?
THAT is the slightly harder part. Membership in our Club is earned. You don’t
“buy-in” to our Club by getting a vest and some patches. All members of our Club
must show a dedication to the Club and what it stands for. We are more than
riding companions, we are family and we watch out for each other, enjoy each
others company and support one another. We also actively support various
charitable organizations and causes and all members are expected to pitch in
when and where necessary.
The first step is to join us on one of our rides or meet up with us at one of
our nights out at a local bar and pool hall we often spend time at (The Fan Zone
in Wareham MA). Introduce yourself to any one of us, get to know us and we’ll
get to know you. After we hang around together we’ll all mutually decide if you
should become a “prospect”, if that is your interest, for the Club which may
eventually lead to full membership.
